I've struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I was diagnosed with PCOS at age sixteen, and as a result found myself attempt diet after diet, with very little results. I lost 10kg under a very restrictive low calorie diet, only to relapse and have my weight balloon over the next few years.
It's only in the last few years that I've really made the connection between how my habits and behaviours play a role in my health, not just what goes in my mouth. I've now lost 24kg through learning how to adjust my behaviours and create new habits that support a healthy lifestyle.
This led me into developing a passion and a drive for helping others come to these same realisations. I'm a Precision Nutrition certified coach, currently completing a Bachelor of Nutrition and a qualified Personal Trainer.
